General Guidelines

The following guidelines outline the standards and procedures applied to all manuscripts included in these conference proceedings. These principles ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of scholarly work published under the International Journal of Educational Contemporary Explorations (IJECE).

  1. Submission Requirements
  • All papers must be original, unpublished, and not under review in other journals or conferences.
  • Manuscripts must follow the conference template and adhere to the required formatting, citation style, and structural guidelines.
  • Submissions must be written in clear academic English and checked for grammatical accuracy.
  1. Review Process
  • All papers undergo an initial editorial screening for relevance, quality, and compliance with submission guidelines.
  • Papers that pass screening undergo a peer review process, which may be single-blind or double-blind depending on the event’s review protocol.
  • Review outcomes include: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.
  1. Ethical Standards
  • Authors must ensure that their work complies with recognized research ethics.
  • Studies involving human participants must include ethics approval and informed consent statements when applicable.
  • Plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, or any form of academic misconduct is strictly prohibited.
  • All papers are checked for similarity using plagiarism detection tools prior to acceptance.
  1. Formatting and Structure
  • Manuscripts must follow the prescribed conference format, including title, authorship information, abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion, and references.
  • Citations and references must conform to APA 7th Edition or the specified citation style for the conference.

  • At least one author must register and present the paper to ensure inclusion in the official proceedings.
  1. Copyright and Licensing
