By submitting your manuscript to the International Journal of Educational Contemporary Explorations (IJECE) through this Online Journal System, you agree to its terms and conditions and guarantee that your manuscript meets all journal requirements stated below.

Submission Requirements

  1. Manuscript Compliance
  • The manuscript is original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
  • APA 7th Edition is strictly followed.
  • Ethical standards are met, including ethics approval and informed consent when human participants are involved.
  • Any conflict of interest is disclosed.
  1. File Format
  • Manuscript is submitted as one complete file in .doc or .docx.
  • No need to remove author information; the editor will anonymize the file for double-blind peer review.
  1. Formatting Standards
  • Font: Calibri, size 12
  • Spacing: Single-spaced, unindented paragraphs, with one blank line between paragraphs
  • Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm)
  • Tables and figures are embedded within the text, labeled and captioned properly.
  • Word count fits the required range for the article type.
  1. Abstract and Keywords
  • Abstract: 150–250 words
  • Keywords: 4–6, alphabetical, separated by commas

Submission Preparation Checklist

You must confirm all items before submitting:

  1. The manuscript is original and complies with ethical standards.
  2. APA 7th Edition citations and references are complete.
  3. The manuscript follows all IJECE formatting rules.
  4. Abstract and keywords follow journal requirements.
  5. Tables/figures are inserted within the manuscript.
  6. Supplementary files (if any) are prepared for upload.
  7. The article will be published under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0.
  8. Acknowledge the APC of 200 USD, payable only upon acceptance.

  2. Go to Make a New Submission.
  3. Complete all required metadata fields.
  4. Upload the full manuscript and any supplementary files.
  5. Confirm the checklist and finalize the submission.
  6. A confirmation email will be sent automatically once the submission is completed.
